What are your shipping charges? United States –  up to 3 shirts, free shipping!, $100 = $5 shipping, $125 = $7 shipping,  $150 = $10 shipping. For more than $150 in sales, contact us to discuss shipping options.

Do you ship to an address outside the US? Yes, we ship internationally. If you are ordering from outside of the US, use the paypal system, email or call us and we can discuss options.

Do you collect sales tax? As a business located in the State of New Jersey, we are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a New Jersey address. If your “ship to” address is in New Jersey, we must collect state, county, and local taxes. If your “ship to” address is outside of New Jersey, you will not be charged sales tax.

Is my online transaction secure? All purchases that occur at the FrogsAreGreen.com website are completely secure. We use PayPal.com, a leading credit card processor, to ensure the security of all credit card transactions. All transactions use the latest encryption techonologies.

Do I need to set up an account to order online? No.

How soon will my order be shipped? We ship all orders within a few business days via USPS First Class Mail with a confirmation of delivery tracking number. Orders received over the weekend or outside traditional business hours will be processed the next business day. All orders should arrive within 3-5 days from the shipping date.

When will my backorder arrive? We will notify you if an item you ordered is not currently in stock. At that time, we will be able to give you an estimated shipping date. We will not charge you a separate shipping fee for any backordered items.

What is your return and exchange policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the rare case that you would like to return an item, please contact us first. We will send you our return form, which must be filled out completely and mailed back to us (along with the unwashed, unworn product) within 14 days of the shipping date. We will refund your purchase price and any taxes paid, but we are not able to refund shipping fees. Refunds and exchanges will take 14 days to process.

What is the best way to care for the tees? For optimum care of your shirts, we recommend you wash them in cold water turn inside out and tumble dry on medium or hang dry.
